'Staff was friendly, seamless checkin, loved my capsule (1 in 6 bed). There is no elevator but I lucked out not having to climb the stairs. Bring in the capsule took getting used to (5 ft 5) not too narrow like twin bed size. It was convenient to the subway station but note C & B trains do not run late (B) not on weekends which I didn’t realize. Great for a quick overnight and would highly recommend. 'This hostel is horrible. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. When we went to complain at the lobby, the woman from the welcome desk just casually admitted that they photoshop everything and even just take random pictures from the internet. (positive note: she was very friendly and helpfull).
