'The hotel is right in the down town area. Plenty of stores and dining options in the area as well as coffee shops and juice bars. The personal at the hotel are awesome. Jane, Thao, Thao, Chen and the others are very friendly, hospital, kind, caring and fun to talk to. By far the best group of people i ever met. They made the stay awesome. Definitely staying here again when i go back. A special shoutout to Jane for her help with the trips and booking of everything. She arranged everything...

'The staff are very helpful. They gave great recommendations of things to do and see. We were able to store our bags for the day before we checked in and also after we checked out. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff change the towels daily. Old quarter is super walkable and the hotel is situated in a great place. It’s near a very noisy bar street but the hotel room was quiet! '

'Our room was spacious and stylish, with a very comfortable bed. The location's great - the Old Quarter can be very busy and noisy, but we found the room quiet. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, and night market & Hoan Kiem Lake is a just a few minutes walk away - particularly recommend going there for people watching when it's a pedestrian zone at the weekend.'

'If not for the billing mistakes and claims for minibar (which were resolved) it would have been perfect. Don't tell the guest that the water and soft drink is complimentary in a suite when your staff then claims payment for this. '

'Very nice property with relaxing guest rooms and clean and accommodating, communal area areas such as the kitchen, living room and toilet. The owner takes great pride and his property and upkeep is very good with beautiful architecture. There’s a cute French bakery just around the corner with a barbershop and nail store to match neighboring the bakery. The hostel also offers very affordable rentals for both motorbikes and regular bikes. This whole day is everything you could be looking for to...

'This is my first time staying at success hotel. The location is very near Nói Bài international airport. We book a presidential suite and it fits 3 people. Room is spacious and very clean. The bath room has a huge zaccuzzi tub. We had dinner there and the food is excellent Hotel Staff is extremely friendly. The also hotel offer ride to airport, the shuttles cost $100k vnđ for our group. Will definitely stay again this July. Thank you Success Hotel’s staff! '
