'Wij hebben een uitstekende ervaring gehad. Prachtig hotel met mooie kamers en uitzicht. Medewerkers zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd in de gasten. In de omgeving is veel te doen en zijn er vele winkels, ook het station is op loopafstand. De bus naar Tokyo Disney Resort was ook perfect geregeld met zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Wij willen graag iedereen bedanken voor ons geweldige verblijf. Wij komen graag terug. Nogmaals vriendelijk bedankt voor alles!'

'Really good, I can recommend it. It was cleaned every day and everything was nice. The rooms are small, but I booked a double bed, so it was expected. Nearby are the subway and a supermarket. You can walk to Senso-ji Temple. The area also has a lot of Halal food options. The Skytree is nearby as well. Overall, everything was good. Shinjuku and Shibuya are 30 to 40 minutes away.'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious.'

'The hotel is approximately 2 minutes walk to Higashi Shinjuku station. Lawson and 7 eleven stores close by. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is good value for the price I pay. Rooms are small but that’s expected on most hotels in Japan. Staff are friendly and can speak English. '

'Perfect for a citytrip in Tokyo! Location is fantastic! From Shinjuku station you can go anywhere with the subway or the bus. Room is small, but perfect for a citytrip. Very clean. Staff is helpfull and very friendly. Morethan Bakery is perfect for a take-away breakfast. We did enjoy the hotel bar & the tapas restaurant as well. '
