'Surprisingly large room by Tokyo standards, we were very pleased with our stay. The lobby is basically a coffee shop and bar, although we were too het lagged to stay up and enjoy a conversation. Breakfast was wonderful.'

'We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable one. The front desk was exceptional. Upon arrival my friend left her phone in the taxi. Iwasaki was so helpful in helping us get it back. She made all the phone calls and had it returned to us so quickly. We are forever grateful for that!
