'A very cozy little house made us feel welcome right away. The owner's love for detail was visible everywhere. We had coffee there to enjoy on our first morning, night lights in every room, and even two beach chairs and a sun umbrella to take to the beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered porch and explored the historic neighborhood during walks. 'The property is perfect place for large families. The pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. The property is located in a great spot to go many places Beaches, Busch Gardens, Zoo and Aquariums. The host is quick to respond to any questions too. '

'We had a wonderful stay! Home was clean, comfortable and well stocked! Location was perfect, especially since we were visiting family nearby. Nice and convenient to park in driveway as parking can be challenging in St. Pete. Loved the view of Crescent Lake Park from the house and daily walks. The treats were appreciated.'

'I came to tampa with my friends for a concert and we only stayed one night but overall the place was nice, clean, well prepared, the area was really quiet and nice. The administrator for the place was really nice and accommodating and reaponded quickly to any request. If I come back to tampa for longer I would definitely try to stay here again. '

'I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful, upscale paradise. The location was perfect for my work needs—convenient and well-situated. While it’s not very walkable if you’re on vacation and hoping to explore on foot, the serene setting more than makes up for it.The house itself is beautifully renovated and extremely clean, with a fresh, modern feel throughout.
