'I would like to speak with someone about a redund or credit to my acount. I was unable to stay the last night due to no power and no elevator from the 5th floor. All my refrigerated items were lost and that was our dinner and desssert as well as the milk to drink. The first morning we were given access to a different room to shower in and get ready for a funeral and were told all things would be good by 9am. We returned from the funeral at 430 pm and still no power. After walking up the 5...

'Room was clean and the desk person was very courteous. Hotel appeared to be recently renovated and had a very comfortable bed. Very basic set up though. Could use USB outlets, a sitting chair and an additional shade/curtain that allows sunlight in while maintaining privacy. '

'I stayed for a weekend getaway and was looking for peace and comfort. I’m so happy to say that I received both at this property. My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone. '
