'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Loved the hotel other than the musty carpet smell from being so old. It is downtown, so plan to be awake till 3 am at least due to the noise. Sketchy homeless people everywhere that poop 💩 in the middle of sidewalk, but city is good to clean streets often and look really nice. Location is perfect! Garage is close, but has several entrances so if you park in wrong place you get charged over rated price. Parking fees are insane. I love Tennessee.'

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel. 'Fantastic hotel, Fantastic atmosphere. Love that the hotel was originally a bank built in 1928. Staff was always very pleasant and helpful. Ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Valet staff was also very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again.'

'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'
