'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'It’s a good stay for a fair rate. Good location. The AC in our first room was ancient and broke down. They moved us to another room that was more updated. Wish we would’ve gotten that from the beginning. '

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'The hotel had some nice features and the bed was comfortable. I don't think the daily Amenities fee was worth it. Just seemed to be an extra fee without a commensurate benefit. The room was not visually appealing - very motel vibe - and there was no view out of the window except a brick wall. But the stay was comfortable and I appreciated the water station.'

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Beautiful historical building--rooms are very comfortable. The only negative thing is nothing to do with hotel but the noise outside at nighttime when your trying to sleep--I had earplugs in & it was party central--all night long!'
