'Very spacious, clean and confortable to stay. Parking space is great!'

'Property was perfect for our short trip to attend a wedding nearby. Host was very timely and responsive when we had a question, which was most appreciated. Gave cleanliness a 4 only because there were a lot of spider webs all over tables and fireplace and the showerheads could use a good scrub to remove all the calcium build up... other than that, clean.'

'Home was lovely and spacious. We never felt crowded. Stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend. Super convenient to their venue. Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!'

'The house was very roomy and the property was amazing. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Our stay here was very relaxing. My grandson (8 yrs old) loved seeing all the fish, turtles and tadpoles in the river. We also saw deer and wild turkeys. There is also a nice nature trail on the property. We had several questions for the host and he answered all of them promptly. Communication was excellent!'

'My family (6 of us) traveled to Boerne for my niece’s wedding. This property was wonderful - I woke up, made my coffee and then sat out in the deck - over looking the beautiful hills as I read my Bible. A curious cat and a friendly dog came up to hang out as well. The fire pit area is so neat - at the top of the hill. There are animals on the property, which excited my kids to see. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I highly recommend this property.. '

'Wonderful large open home in the country with a beautiful view. Perfect for a large family. Very large fenced yard front and back. Don’t have to worry about the little ones roaming off! An unexpected bonus was arrowhead hunting. There is flint everywhere. Definitely would book again!'

'The home is older, if you’re into modern and luxury this is not the place for you.We were in town for the rally, the location was perfect! The house had everything we needed. The pool was a plus! The yard is large with plenty of parking.It rained the day we arrived so it was a little muddy, but died quickly as the sun came out.Overall it’s a decent place.'

'Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. Food and atmosphere are fantastic especially the fish tacos and the fried shrimp. One of the best places we hace every stayed!'

'This stay was amazing. So quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting outside in the cool hill country weather. Loved that there are cows with new calves running around. Also enjoyed the morning wake up by the rooster on property. This property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone.'

'Absolutely gorgeous country decor and the house and properly are beautiful! The porch is large with fans and lighting to relax outdoors. The beds are a little high if you are short or have mobility issues. The bar is a great place to relax and listen to the cows moo! I will definitely be back!'

'We loved the little one room farm house as it was the perfect size for my husband and I. The location was just one block from 11th street bar and a couple of blocks from Main Street so that was great bc we were able to walk everywhere. My bigggest complaint was NO WIFI! We could not watch any TV in our down time nor could I log on from my computer or phone. It shows there is WiFi but the TV would just spin and spin “thinking mode” and would never go farther than that. It was say it couldn’t...
