'The property owner Lars & Bonnie go above and beyond to make your stay awesome and have so many great suggestions of places to go and do. We arrived a tad early and they accommodated us with a early check in, very sweet for them to do on the QT. They had left homemade chocolate M&M cookies PLUS doggie treats for our pups. 'The location is amazing, so close to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and lots of food options. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it...

'We had a blast staying at Andrew’s place in Manhattan Beach. You could not ask for a better location for enjoying all that this fun, beautiful area has to offer. The apartment is pristine and has lovely views and ocean breezes from both levels. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. 'We had 4 couples (8 adults) in for a long weekend with the main purpose of attending a NFL game. The house is amazing… so much charm and character, it is even better than what you see in pictures! I would say pride of ownership is obvious and that was very appreciated by all of us! The area was perfect! Loved everything!'

'we loved My Happy Place! Family of 4 with 2 adult children, for which the bed situation is perfect. Galley kitchen has everything you need, the single full bathroom is very roomy with awesome shower. Appreciated the window A/C to keep it cool in the humid night. Bets of all is location! 'I wanted to thank our host for the stay. He was very welcoming and even had snacks there for us upon our arrival. He was even very nice an extended our stay an extra 45 minutes because we woke up late. 😅 Ty very much for everything! Would definitely stay there again.'
