'Good size house. Communication was good. We were there for Syracuse graduation, it was only a 25 minute ride and the scenery was nice. , Many directions when you get there ( a folder) Shoes off in the house, empty trash, run dishwasher and start laundry upon leaving. There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds fair size, the twin bed room was a sunroom ( all season room) so all windows. Shades missing and most didn't close - pretty room but not for sleeping. 'Vanderkamp was the ideal setting for small family 50th Anniversay celebration. Although the weather wasn’t perfect, we were able to be outside for 2 of our 4 days – hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, and playing yard games. 'Everything at the apartment was just as described. It's on the second floor of the building with another apartment on the first floor. This is a very common configuration in the neighborhood. It was possible to hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but nothing disturbing. They had a nice dog bed and a couple covers for our Frankie.
