'Eco Concordia was phenomenal even if it was the offseason . We had a breezy cabin and could see the Caribbean Sea and the British Virgin Islands from our deck. Better than camping. Honestly I want to buy the cabin we stayed in . The manager Hannah was there for us within seconds of we ever needed anything. The pool was great. The access to hiking and the beach was right there. 'Location Amazing view'

'If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! '

'Beach is terrible '

'Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. 'Calichi Point has been on my places to stay for many years and we finally decided to book our trip to St. John and our stay. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend staying here! The drive up (and down) is on some very windy roads but the view is breathtaking and the privacy can't be beat! With 75% of the island being a National Park, we took advantage of some hiking that led us to some pretty amazing beaches!! Dining is quite limited so plan to stock up on groceries and enjoy eating on your patio each...

'We had a terrific stay here! We used to love camping, but now our bodies love comfortable beds and air conditioning. This place has the best of both! The container room was completely comfortable. The kitchen area has a refrigerator so it was easy to keep supplies there. And you are surrounded by nature - deer, donkeys, goats, sugarbirds, toads... This site is located near Salt Pond Bay, the best beach on St. John, in my opinion, as well as the start to Ram Head trail, which is a gorgeous hike....

'We had a great stay here. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the beach gear, cooler, etc that they kindly provide. We only stayed one night before another stay. We were thrilled to check out this side of the island as we had never been. We used the opportunity to hike Ram Head Trail at sunrise then snorkel at Salt Pond Beach. It is so close! Bill was great and gave us a tour. The AC works great! '

'We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here in the future!'

'Amazing view, loved the style with dark wood trim/doors, arches and turret windows. Comfy bed, soft sheets, loved the stone patio and nooks. Had a grwat breeze and no need for a/c. Slept with windows open and could here the wind, waves, birds and frogs. Great time, so relaxing.'
