'The views were beautiful and walking distance to town. The room was clean but our room was unfinished. For example, windows with no curtains and a slider that only had a partial curtain and didn’t fully close. The neighbors got a show every night (and not by choice) Also our water was cut off -twice- but they quickly fixed it. The pool area was hit or miss with too many day-passers drowning the vibe. When you arrive - expect to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. The food was excellent...

'The hotel was all perfect and the venue is a top and one of my favourite. Rooms and view amazing. Staff and infrastructure, beach, supermarket etc amazing. Just bear in mind the option of jetskies to go to White Bay Beach, and you can book them in the beach in front of the hotel'

'After a 5-day stay over on St. Thomas for my wife and I's honeymoon, we continued on to St. John and Gallows Point. As if our honeymoon couldn't get any better: enter the Gallows Point resort. Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. Dan kun je met elkaar de dag de revue laten passeren en tips uitwisselen over restaurantjes in de stad. De kamer was netjes schoon en de bedden heerlijk. Rustig. 'This place was interesting. We spent four days here and honestly really loved it but there are some pros and cons. 'Leuk hotel, rechtstreeks aan het strand, maar een beetje vergane glorie. Hotel is aan het einde van het eiland Tortola. Dus lange taxirit naar luchthaven en Road Town. Tortola zelf stelt niet veel voor. Op de BVI moet je echt gaan zeilen anders is er verder niets te beleven.'
