'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'Breakfast is a "cold" style breakfast besides the waffle maker... ex: cereal, milk, bananas, oranges, pastries and yogurt. Indoor pool was open and clean.'

'Our summer visit was so nice we came back for Christmas with family! Everyone enjoyed the location, the hot tub, and the cottage. It is hard to find a house that accomodates a group in all rooms. The dining area seated all of us as did the spacious living area.The best surprise...all the water fowl on the lake! So beautiful!'

'House is very spacious and has wonderful outdoor spaces! House was comfortable and had individual air conditioners in upstairs bedrooms. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space for relaxing and eating meals in. I do think bedding could be upgraded(mattress covers/pillows). Kuerig did not work but maybe homeowner was unaware- there was a drip coffeemaker and espresso maker but espresso was not cleaned after previous use(no big deal just being transparent). Overall excellent place to stay and...
