'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'It's an older facility, but well maintained. The Staff is kind and curtious. Everything is clean. The bed was confortable and the shower hot.'

However, I didn't ask about stairs, touche! It's October, so the weather is always roulette. We were able to enjoy the beach, too cold and rainy to get out on the lake. The beach was very peaceful, quiet and, relaxing.'

'Our summer visit was so nice we came back for Christmas with family! Everyone enjoyed the location, the hot tub, and the cottage. It is hard to find a house that accomodates a group in all rooms. The dining area seated all of us as did the spacious living area.The best surprise...all the water fowl on the lake! So beautiful!'
