'Staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Hotel is in the middle of city center, so this is very convenient. We stayed on the 11th floor, but we hardly heard anything at night of the busy city center (and we stayed during Mardi Gras)'

'We loved everything room was nice and clean when we came back. All the employees were nice. The only thing I would say when they clean the bathroom, they never left extra toilet paper and in the middle of the night I will have to call concierge so I could get more toilet paper. I was in room 257 but other than that, everything was fine. '

'Staff. Donna and other front desk clerks were all above and beyond for all our needs. Maintenance was fantastic as well throughout our stay. Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were fantastic. Just chatting with staff throughout our stay was nice and made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again. '
