'Cool location, nice room with our own plunge pool but, very big but, the dinner is horrible. Really bad food, advice is just walk into town and grab a burger!!!'

'What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!'

'Prima verblijf gehad. Goed ontvangen, kamer direct beschikbaar. Kamer is schoon . '

'New hotel, modern and minimalist style decoration'

'Excelente lugar. Muy cerca de sitios turísticos.'

'The staff was mostly amazing. They were very accommodating with my early checking and always offering assistance. There was a snafu with someone being checked into my room after I had already checked in — which was disturbing to say the least. However the staff was quick to offer apologies and make up for the oversight. There were a LOT of gnats and mosquitos in my room so that was pretty frustrating especially at night when trying to sleep. But my only real complaint was the spa service. I was...

'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '

'Definitely every single person who visit Cusco should be staying at this hotel. Everything is amazing, wonderful! I do not have words to describe this place. Food is amazing, super yummy, service is great and the owners are amazing as well. This place is quiet… you can find peace and happiness. People can do yoga and meditation. The pool is fantastic, the rooms are incredible clean . Seriously food is really good, every corner of this place is a dream. Free yummy breakfast was the best!'

'Great service, and an amazing view in the riverside!!'
