'We love the house. Great location Ann Marie was a pleasure to deal with. Check-in was a breeze with a code to get in the door. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking down the street to the beach next to Point Judith lighthouse. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone '

'Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place! '

'Great place to say … three bedrooms….slept six perfectly… walked to Narragansett town beach very easy walk literally 0.7 miles…drive and parked due to chairs/umbrellas etc…clean…. Large dining table for eating or to play games… air conditioners in all rooms kept place nice and cold which is sooo valuable! Great communication with owners with my questions. Would definitely recommend!!'

'We had a fantastic stay at "The Wakefield". Our extended family of 15 people from ages of 18 to 90 and two small dogs had a fabulous time. The location was fantastic. It is within a couple blocks of downtown Wakefield with its cute shops, art studios, WWII museum and Brinkley's ice cream and it is just a half-hour to Newport for fun day excursions, and within 10 minutes to some wonderful RI Beaches. 'The property was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and you can tell that the owners have put a lot of love into the house. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arriving and while we were staying there.The view from the 2nd floor of the ocean and Block Island is amazing! It is approx. .25 mile walk to Grenn Hill Beach...so very convenient.'

'My family and another family rented this house for a week and had a wonderful stay! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 8 of us. It was so easy to walk into town for a blocksicle or to say hi to the cows by the rotary. We enjoyed having the option of cooking in or walking over to the Atlantic Inn for food and drinks while the kids explored the Abrams farm. We hope to come back again in the future!'

'Can’t say enough good things about this place! The location was absolutely perfect - close to town, shops, the beach, and great restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and with great amenities - the beds were so comfy! Paige was a great host and proactive on communications. Recommend highly for anyone looking for a great place to stay in South Kingstown.'
