'10/10 would recommend. The stairs and dining area step could be a concern if you have any mobility issues or really young children (just my opinion.) I stayed in this lovely, modern-day "beach home" over Labor Day weekend, and I had the best time. 'We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had.
