'On Block Island. This is an old inn that is being updated and well maintained. Due to the nor’easter, we were the only guests, but the staff took good care of us. Room, bed, ac all quite nice, as was the roomy balcony. Convenient to ferry and many restaurants.'

'The property is on a golf course and our balcony overlooked the 13th hole. The hotel is very old and has a very bad smell. The room looked like it has been smoked in for 30 years. When we turned on the electric heater it had a very bad burning smell and it set off the smoke detector. The smoke detector kept chirping after it was shut off. When I asked for it to be fixed the woman scolded us for turning on the heat. They did send a maintenance man, and he changed the battery quickly. Toilet kept...

'Very pleasant and clean!'

'The room and whole property were very well thought off. Very nicely decorated, lots of space and a nice balkony. Perfect, would love to stay a bit longer'

'I felt our room was a little bit rough.'

'The hotel is well located and has a great private beach a lounge area and a Resturant overlooking the water. The rooms are smaller and there is no elevator. Staff internal to the hotel could be more motivated. Very nice when asked to assist but you absolutely have to ask.'

'Quite obvious they posted fake pics of the rooms. It's run down. Like years ago...Beds gross. Microwave from the 80s. TV had 5 channels and they were all sports. No coffee maker in the room and the officedownstairsthat does have a keurig was not open. The room smelled like idk even what. The one sheet on the bed was toilet paper thin. A train goes by every couple hours. Mini fridge was not on, so we had to keep our stuff in the cooler and there's no ice machine.'
