'The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.'

'This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!'

There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. 'I found the apartment to be fantastic. The security is great two codes to get in one at the main entry door and one into the apartment. The bathroom was great note you have to wait a little while for hot water but that’s just down to pipes. Living room nice and big with the mounted TV. Bedroom the bed was comfortable and bedding was clean. Location ideal to subways. Also you have a target convenience store and a great bar “Drinkers bar” located a minute or two walk. 'It was a great stay! Had just what we needed & it was very close to everything! '

'It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked.'
