'The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in. There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest. No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away. Obviously not clean.'

'House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...

'We booked and paid a month before. And for the 5 days leading up to our stay I messaged the host asking for check in details. We arrived in Oshawa and still could not get info from the host. We ended up having to contact VRBO head office for a refund then find ourselves a place to stay. It wasn’t fun.'

'The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had everything you need. It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear. This made made check in and check out easy, and our stay great. I Highly recommend.'

'Misinformation about kitchen vs kitchenette. No kettle or coffee maker. If it suggests sleeps 5 there should be enough cutlery, bowls, plates etc. There was Not.Marks all on walls. No curtains on basement windows.Noise at all hours from the house and 2nd basement apartment.Difficult check in with simple locks and separate padlock which locked us out. Information about self check in and out was not forthcoming. Would not stay there again. '
