'Beautiful property, great location. Staff was incredible especially in the main area and lounge. Clearly builldings need to be maintained. Check in staff said nothing and we found ourselves trying to find a way to our room. We ended up in the service elevators. No further big deal but we were crammed into the elevator with garbage and cleaning equipment because only one regular elevator was in service. Believe me that I’m fine with that - we just weren’t informed and I felt like we were where we...

'I've been here four times now,'

'Very hot due to only 1 of 3 AC windows units installed. When I told host twice, he would argue they were installed instead of sending someone to fix it. Only after we checked out he said we would send electrician to fix it. '

'Overall the stay was wonderful. It is an old apartment but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is AC in every room. Great for families in a safe location near all Amenities such as stores and subway. Close to Central park.'

'Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.'

'Carl is a wonderful host. We communicated often, and he checked in to make sure everything was well. The space is amazing. It’s on 2 levels: the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one level, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd level. The ac is great, and there are many tvs. There’s a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and lots of closets. We were generations staying there and it was perfect for us.'
