We brought lots of food with us for our cooked brekkie , but maybe some bread and butter would have also been a nice touch? But really, it was perfect for what we needed it for. Lovely room, on the smaller side but adequate for one night. Modern amenities with standard bathroom. Lovely selection of hot drinks available. Ceiling fan which was very much needed on our stay. The location is great, being close to a few larger towns like Driffield and Pocklington, but also close to some amazing walking including a stretch of the Yorkshire Wolds Way. "The service from the staff was very good: friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. The room was a bit small for a familyroom in a hotel with 4 stars. Also warm. The parking was in the weekend full so we had to spend 28 pound for a parkingticket."
