'Great location. Easy and quick access to the Beach. You can use the other pools/jacuzzi's next door (owned by same company). We liked this as each pool was different. One was heated, one wasn't and one was salt water with a jacuzzi. '

'We stayed in the rooms facing the Ocean and the view was incredible! The beach is walking distance, and the pool was always clean and warm. They have grills for barbecuing poolside and are walking distance to all the attractions, such as the pier, carnival and many dining options! Definitely coming back soon!'

'Park here, and you can walk all of central Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. Really convenient location. The building isn’t new, but it is beautifully maintained and really clean. Comfortable beds, great shower in the bathroom, friendly staff. This will be the place we always stay when we return.'

"We haven't seen any staff at al! We checked in at 3.30 , not late, but the key was in the mailbox, our room was in another building, no heating ( it was freazing last night) and no extra blancket. Breakfast was not what we expected and again no one was there! We made the decision to go to a Bed and Breakfast because it is so much more personal then a hotel but that is difficult when no one is there or shows up!"
