'Fairly quiet area with stores, bars, and restaurants very close, but the posted pictures were deceiving. Room felt and looked like an old USA Civil War Era house and you had to share one toilet and bathroom with 5 other rooms. Also entering in 3 different codes to key lock boxes to get in was very inconvenient.'

'We highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious, fully equipped and at a great location (just 3 minutes walk from San Marco). Before booking this place we were hesitant because key pick up is at another location, but it was only a short 7 minute walk and we received clear walking directions. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and gave us ample tips for dining options outside of the touristy areas. They responded very quickly to any questions / requests we had. We hope to return soon. '

'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'

'I appreciated the option to store my luggage before I was able to check in. Although I must say I was a little lucky to get one of the four lockers since I timed it perfectly with someone who was just leaving. Otherwise I would have had to seek one of the alternative "partners" which would not have been as convenient. Property was very clean and spacious. My only regret is that we only stayed one night.'

'Onze zoons deze stedentrip cadeau gedaan. Dan zoek je een leuke plek centraal gelegen in het hart van waar Venetië om draait. Communicatie verliep goed en de incheck ook. Zeer goed ontbijt en nette ruime kamer. Een onvergetelijke trip geworden mede door de centrale ligging en goede services van Casa Dolce Venezia. De jongens waren zeer tevreden, dus wij ook! Een aanrader dus,'
