'This hotel is conveniently located near the cruise terminal. Once arrived the hotel held our luggage and we were able to take the hotel shuttle to one of 3 places; Old San Juan, The District (mall) or the Beach. There are regular pick ups and drop offs through out the day so you can go back to the hotel or visit another location on the list. We only stayed 1 night so i was not able to try the breakfast, as our flight was later in the afternoon and we slept in. I like the fact that check out...

'We stayed here because of an early flight. We got a room right across the hall from the elevator. It was loud, bright (lights shine brightly underneath the door), cold, tiny and aging. The bed was extremely cramped. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep at all. The restaurant was understaffed, we sat down around 8-ish after waiting 20 minutes for them to clean a table, we then waited 30 minutes more, but nobody came to take our order. We bought something from the vending machines instead...
