'If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. Fresh fish and other choices. The continental breakfast is truly a full fresh breakfast. Everyone knows you and wants to help you. 'We rented the boat with the family with the intention to use it during the day to take us to the recommended places in Exuma, no sleeping in the boat. The boats needs lots lots of improvements and cleaning for the guests, no stairs to climb to the boat from the water, broken rails , bad maintenance. The second day of the rental we had to share all day with captain and his entire family without notice.'

'We never stayed. Boat is slipped at San Juan Bay marina, PR. The marina policy is NO rentals. Host had been doing an end run. As soon as we got out of the taxi the marina security shut us down hard. They were aware of the deception. Host had messaged me not to discuss rental with marina staff, trust me, they already knew. Should have sent up a red go but this came after it was booked.
