Tijdens de feestdagen waren er extra activiteiten zoals dat de kerstman langskwam voor de kinderen inclusief een cadeau voor ieder kind! Daarnaast was er een feest tijdens oud jaar met vuurwerk! Verder schone kamers en voldoende faciliteiten op de kamer. 'The Hyatt Regency in Puerto Rico is an amazing property. The beach was actually very nice apart from the seagrass, as they had a sandbar to block out riptides. Food options were good, activities were nice including little soccer goals and some other recreational items. The staff was also very helpful in any problems we had. All in all an amazing property. But beware of things, that room service is overpriced, as well as the resort shop. But it overall was a good place'

'The staff was exceptional, night life was great, pools are beautiful and service around the pool is a plus. We love the Banyon Tree so that is an attraction. Only drawbacks were the room does not have a lot of lighting but that is really the vibe of the whole hotel. The halls were noisy after 10 pm at night, certainly not the hotel’s fault. Overall, truly a very special place and I can’t wait to come back!'

'Casino was fun, the staff was respectful and helpful whenever we needed help. There was a lifeguard at the beach warning people about underwater currents. The room was quiet . I did not hear any loud music till after midnight coming from the nightclub like some complained about. The pools were well maintained and also fun to be in.
