'I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food. The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming.
