'One of the best attributes of this condo is its location. It is off the beaten path of Avalon and is more relaxed and definitely more quiet than being in town. At night, you can sleep with the windows open and not be disturbed. And the fact that the condo comes with its own golf cart is a huge bonus. This allowed us to go places and do things that we would not have otherwise done or found without a tremendous amount of walking or additional expense. The condo itself is more than adequate, but...
