'This is our 4th year to stay with Frank and Debbie. The apartment is perfect as I use a cane. We spent many hours on the patio with our morning coffee and evening wine. The landscape has changed with Frank’s newest venture but we took many drives into our favorite mountains.'

'This little place was perfect for my little family, it was about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 45 from Gatlinburg, not too bad of a drive and a nice one too so it made up for the little added time. 'Communication with the owner was superb. Cleanliness and space was great. Things to note. Be prepared for a little drive to get to things and a curvy hillside (which was fine for us). Bring shampoo. I would call the bedroom upstairs good for adults but the bedroom downstairs not so much (not any support on memory foam but good for teens and younger). My daughter really enjoyed the other bedroom downstairs (2 twins and a toddler bed). We thought it was a very nice touch to have a gaming system in...

'The cabin was very nice, we had a little trouble checking in, but that was our fault for not knowing how to use the key pad. We had trouble so we contacted the property manager, and she responded in a very quick and timely manner and even FaceTimed us to help!'

'We used the condo for a family trip. It is not that far from the hustle and bustle of downtown, we had a nice walk. The condo is in a quiet area so very peaceful. It was in great condition and the details were clear with what we had to do when we got there and when we left. The bubbling river was relaxing and the view of the mountains was enjoyable as we sat on the patio. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home.'
