'Staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Hotel is in the middle of city center, so this is very convenient. We stayed on the 11th floor, but we hardly heard anything at night of the busy city center (and we stayed during Mardi Gras)'

'Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh.
