'This was our second time staying at the Omni King Edward. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived in the room the AC was broken, it was on constantly, pretty loud and it didn’t cool all that much. Based on the state of the room, it was clear someone had been trying to fix it but didn’t fix it in time. 'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'Slecht! Schimmels in de badkamer, in 12 nachten is de lakens niet vervangen. Slecht ontbijt! Geen ramen maar mag roosters in de glas komen voor de vriese lucht! Viese tafels en stoelen met vlekken in de kamers, ontbijtzaal en het restaurant! Ze bieden 2 soorten internet en de 1 is tegen de betaling. Maar ze geven geen duidrlijke informatie er over.'

'Great hotel if you’re staying in town for business. A spacious room with a great bed and a good shower. I would have liked a thicker comforter; hotel beds are often quite cold and I don’t like sleeping with the heat on. Room is not cleaned unless specifically requested the day before, which was fine for me. I did not get breakfast so I cannot comment on the quality.'
