'Overall good safe place to stay'

'Host was very responsive.'

'It is very important to note that this is a student housing building. Nowhere in the description was this made known. It was quite noisy at night because as we all know students come and go at all hours and as this was a weekend they were of course enjoying themselves and coming home quite late. Communication with the host was also difficult. We had to reach out to Expedia the morning we were checking in to get our check-in instructions despite attempting to reach out to the host directly. 'Amazing location! Great host.'

'The unit had numerous burned out lights throughout. The refrigerator was full of other occupants' food. It made it hard to find room for ours. The oven had food stuck to the bottom. The bathrooms had broken sink drains and the main bathroom needed the shower head repaired before it was usable. The floors were dirty throughout, to the point that barefoot walking wasn't advisable without getting your feet dirty. The WiFi QR code caused a virus when scanned. The place overall was a beautiful place...

'We stayed for two nights with our 15 year old and 10 year old and had a great time. We had never been to Chicago before and absolutely loved it. I enjoyed that this wasn’t necessarily in the middle of the touristy north loop and felt more like a residential neighborhood. Loved seeing all the dogs being walked around the neighborhood. We were worried about parking but...

'Great location, very convenient. Just what I needed.'

'Centrally located and an easy starting point to navigate the city. The best off street parking was cumbersome, but a good feature. All in all very good accommodations.'

'Good functional location. On site heated parking available for additional charge, very handy. Some of the other tenants in building are on the younger side but this apartment is a conner unit and quite. Functional coffee machine but pots and pans are poor quality if you decide to cook. Overall satisfied. '

'The property was nice. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well kept. The living room definitely was smaller than expected! The check-in process was awful. They went from offering to help us with our bags when we got there to actually not being anywhere remotely near the building to help us when their code didn’t work. We spent an hour in the lobby waiting to hear back from their messages in the Vrbo app because they refused to give me a working phone number after giving me two...
