'We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. '

'The concierges services that my family got from this resort is 5 stars. We already received the concierges services days before we arrive to the resort. 'Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel and Spa was a wondrous place. It had the charm of jungle ambiance including spider monkeys always eager to eat bananas and iguanas creeping along to get their share of the bananas. The staff was exceptional always ready to assist and recommend suggestions to restaurants, ruins, cenotes and parks. I’m already planning a trip next year to bring my daughter and granddaughter to Terasu. '

'I do not regret booking my stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, the staff was amazing, very polite and caring , they really know how to take care of their guests. Breakfast was so delicious and they had so many options! Their private beach access was perfect!
