' This is an adorable beach cottage, very clean, with a private beach on the other side of the street, directly infront of the house. Vincente was very prompt to reply to any questions, and the outside shower was fantastic! Bring your bikes!! Really a great host, thank you for sharing your home with us!'

'Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. It is perfectly situated for views of the water. The back deck was a perfect location to take it all in. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated. We did some kayaking and biking. Located close to Block Island Ferry, beaches and some great seafood restaurants. We had an amazing trip.'

'Our second year here- great house and amenities. Impeccably clean. Very comfortable. Location perfect for us. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the bay. Cooked some nice meals in the kitchen. Will likely stay again.'

'The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. '

'We had a great stay at this immaculate house in a perfect location. The house was in terrific condition, everything new and clean. It was super helpful that soaps, shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, etc. were provided. Host was extremely responsive via text message when needed. Only very minor suggestions would be to include washcloths along with the provided towels, and also to provide a small guidebook for the house (what to do with trash/recycling and linens/towels at end of trip, where to...
