'The apartment was really nice, clean and loved the floor plan. We were just a little uncomfortable with the window in the main apartment door. After we covered it, it wasn't bad at all. We really did enjoy how close the apartment was to everything we had planned to do for the weekend. Would stay again.'

'Very clean and nice unit! We enjoyed it! It's right across the street from an elementary school so very safe. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed walking around and meeting the friendly neighbors. Close to a Ukraine breakfast place (Ann's Bakery and Deli) and a taco place (Chavas Taco). So easy to talk to and very yummy food. You can park your car in the back, which makes getting in and out easy.'

'Very nice stay. Clean and comfortable. Great kitchen space. We had minor issues with drafts in the back bedroom, but nothing unexpected from an older building. Front gate tends to stick at times. Would stay again anytime. '

'We stayed here for 3 nights with family for a high school graduation and a Cubs game. Everything was conveniently located. The kids loved the gaming area, the adults enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable couches. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, plenty of water pressure. Big kitchen with refrigerator, stove and everything you need. Our host, Matthew was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.'

The unit was truly self contained - everything in kitchen, lr, brs and baths including utensils, plenty of clean linens, and in unit washer/dryer which added convenience. Thoughtful inclusion of welcoming snacks, two coffee makers, cups, all kitchen cookware. Clean and well appointed. All around great place to stay esp for proximity to Chicago Medical District. Street parking was plentiful with daily passes...
