'Great staff. Prefer the residential accommodation in 2022. This year we stayed on the resort side. I feel that we were a little spoiled last year. Overall good experience.'

'This condo definitely provided a million dollar view. There was loud music on a daily basis but was not unbearable. Construction noise from new building going up next door was minimal. The Monuments Bar and Grill on the property was the perfect place for cold beverages and food options. I would definitely book this condo again.'

'The host was very welcoming. She was waiting for us there when we arrived. She even offered my wife and I a cold Corona which was very welcome after a long difficult trip. Based on the pictures and description, this was a standalone 1 bedroom house with outdoor kitchen and pool. Instead it is a room and bathroom in a shared house. You need to walk through that house to get to your space. Fortunately there was nobody else staying there. Since we were only staying one night, it worked out fine....

'Having been to Cabo many times I was excited to stay at this location as it is on my list of communities where I would like to purchase. The stay did not disappoint. The Condo was clean and well equipped. The rooftop space with the hot tub was an added bonus. We enjoyed the fully open sliding doors and the view of the Sea of Cortez was exactly as expected. The security staff was friendly, and the community is well taken care of.'
