'The property is beautiful! Our stay was perfect! We heard howler monkeys and saw macaw flying overhead. The beach that's a short walk away is breathtaking and pretty private. The town has a ton of little shops and cafés and restaurants to explore. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's a little slice of paradise.'

'We needed to really relax and this was perfect the whole two weeks we were there. About 50 yards from a beautiful beach, so the sound of the waves was always with us. Lots of greenery complete with monkeys, iguanas, and birds. We had some air travel trouble getting there, but out host (Lina) was always checking on us and made sure that we were taken care of. We had never been to this part of Costa Rica and we are both what could be charitably referred to as "elderly". Yet we never felt insecure...

'We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple.'

'This is a great spot to check out Lake Arenal if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. There's delicious food and drinks within 2-3 km from the house, and you're only a 25 minute drive to La Fortuna. Owner was super responsive with questions I had. I would definitely return.'

'We got to the property, in the dark, many hours later than we expected and were greeted by two wonderful hosts! Guida and John were exceptionally kind, more than willing to share their suggestions of places to visit and making us feel immediately at home and welcome! The studio was perfect for us.
