'bummed that I booked a hotel with my kids in the GR area looking for a nice hotel with a pool then we showed up and the pool was being renovated. The hotel was nice overall, clean and newer, decent hot breakfast included. Noisey AC was a bit disruptive all night in the room though. '

If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. 'ok to be fair I didn't even stay here because I only accidently purchased this trip some how . however I went in to the hotel to speak with the person at the desk and she was infact the absolute rudest freaking lady I've ever met . I just wanted my refund . and I asked her if she could get ahold of expedia to confirm that I infact did not stay there and she said they have to call me and I've been trying to get ahold of this hotel and expedia has to and they will not answer the phone. the hotel...

'We booked this hotel after a winter storm updated our flight plans. It was the perfect size room for our family of 5 (two queen beds and a pullout) and everything was updated and clean. Breakfast was also great!'
