'It was my 4th stay at this hotel and even though it's a bit out of the city, I will always return. You just have to cross the street to enter the Underground station and you can take a direct line (Jubilee) to one of the stops in the city centre. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great in my opinion. The rooms are small, but cozy.'

Only 1 thing we didn’t like was the bathroom if you showered the hole bathroom was wet.
It was slippery you need a lot of towel to dry the floor.

WiFi was unfortunately functioning well and even tough a workaround was offered, it is something you would expect to work properly in a hotel in this prize class.
When using the pool, no towels were available and the changing room area needed some serious attention with used towels all over the place. '

Room service and breakfast were excellent and check out was just as fast and professional as check-in....

"For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too."

Schoonmaak kon dagelijks op aanvraag. 1 keer liep het fout en was de kamer niet schoongemaakt bij terug komst s'avonds.Veel excuses en gelijk schone handdoeken aangeboden en prullenbakken geleegd. Baggage opslag goed en veilig met bonnetjes. Ontbijt was matig veel keus maar niet bijzonder. Voor een 3 ster hotel wel goed en aan te bevelen. DLR en bus halte voor de deur."
