'My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. He also coordinated transportation to the train station the following day and put us in touch with someone who provided private transport everywhere we needed very affordable. 'We stayed here for 27 nights and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Communication from the hosts was poor throughout our stay, making it difficult to resolve issues in timely manner when they arose.
