'The review from February had not been posted until after our stay. If we had seen this review and pictures of an alley unit, we would have not booked this stay. The listing pictures of the exterior are of the "sister" building -- at the time of our booking, there were no exterior pictures of the actual unit. The "sister" building is not adjacent, nor similar in any way. It is actually on a different street, two blocks away. Additionally, we did not have direct access to the pool, as a key-fob is...

'Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!'

'There was a mix-up with the reservation and the host contact information was incorrect. Once I was in contact with the host, everything went smoothly, though I was switched to a different unit in the same building. The unit was clean and comfortable with a fabulous view of the Omni Hotel light display. It was close to the DART and Farmer's Market, which was nice. '
