'Everything was excellent'

'Property is very dated. Pillows are completely flat. Shower and sink handle turned completely in a circle making it hard to turn water off. Drawers were broken and missing from the dresser. Our room smelled like an ashtray. Assuming the people who live in the room beside smoke inside. The room beside also played loud music all hours of night and morning making it hard to sleep. They also had a barking dog. We paid for a poolside room and were placed in the back of the building. The smoke...

'The staff were friendly. Continental bkfast was good, fresh and plenty. The carpet in the room was filthy and very old. Bathroom wasnt clean, no soap and no exhaust fan.The ac filter was filthy, furniture very old and paint chipping every where, very old curtain which has holes in it.'

'Dust on the ceilings. No soap or shampoo. No blanket. No towel/mat for bathroom floor. Missing light bulbs. Electronic lock but no doorknob on the inside so really nothing to grab to open the door from the inside.'
