'I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in.
The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor.
The issues:
This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night.
The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using.
There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows.
Toilet bowl was...

'The pros were that the property and building were quiet, check in and out was easy, and everything worked (TV, fridge, etc). However the unit itself felt somewhat dingy/dirty, particularly the floors. The washing machine had a musty/mildew smell but luckily we were not trying to wash anything as we were only spending one night. The most egregious offenses in my opinion were: 1. We were only given 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels. Again luckily we were only there one night, but this would have...

'Long story short, don't waste your money.
The unit smelled of smoke and was dirty when I arrived. I looked closer and noticed the place wasn't even clean one bit. The bathrooms were dirty and gross; I could tell it hadn't been touched because the sinks had hair and grime in them, as did the showers. There were only 2 body towels per room when I signed up for 6 guests. No clean dishes; the hand soap was watered down and damn near out of soap in each bathroom and the kitchen! The host did...

'We were not very pleased with our stay. This was our first VRBO experience, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. The shower curtain had significant orange staining along the bottom, and the shower tiles also appeared to have orange mildew. The bedding was very minimal, consisting of a sheet, a pillow, and a thin blanket, which was not very comfortable. In the main bedroom, the bed was pressed directly against a large vent, which made the...

'When in town for event at The Civic Center, it was completely convenient. Comfortable and we saved money by being able to prepare some meals in the condo. Nice view of downtown, skywalk access was appreciated because it was raining.
Great communications, fair price, clean and cozy.
We will be back.'
