'It was fine. Maybe less than fine. Hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. Our room was muggy and humid. Things were falling apart and dirty. Wood peeling from furniture and doors, shower and bathroom need a deep clean. Bed was very comfortable. Proximity to parks and Disney springs was the reason we booked. I like that there is a back road so you can miss the crazy traffic. Despite the convenience I would not book again. $19 resort fee was not worth the Dunkin and pool. It rained the entire...

'Top Service!'

'All in all and excellent Hilton hotel / Golf resort to stay for a while. 2-bedroom condo's excellent, Golf court excellent, swimming pools smaller than I expected, but still OK. Gym also OK. Disney parcs nearby, Universal parcs will take a bit longer to get there (traffic jams!). This was one negative point: when we booked (2025) there was still shuttle services to the Parcs. When we checked in 2 weeks ago, we were informed that they cancelled this service in January 2026. We were not informed...

'Het hotel zit wat ver van alle parken maar is met n huurauto goed te doen. Alles was netjes toen we aankwamen maar in de gehele week dat we er waren is er 1 keer het bed opgemaakt. Niet verschoond. Dat was ook de enige keer dat we schone handdoeken hebben gekregen. Conciërge was heel vriendelijk en iedereen wel. Maar ook na t vragen om verschoning is dat niet gebeurd. Jammer want verder was t n prima hotel met lekkere bedden en prima douche.'

'Received free room upgrade! Room was nice and clean. Breakfast is really nice. Although the breakfast time could be a bit later than until 09.00 during weekdays. Very close to Disneyworld. Will return again!!'

'Aceptable'

'The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the property is old and poorly maintained. Breakfast was poor; the staff member was on the phone, failed to refill items, and was rude when questioned. The room smelled bad and had almost no working outlets.'

'Great stay'

'Was a good stay, only problem the breakfast on the second day was limited due to a water problem (no juice or coffee)'
