'Paid for reservation in full 5 months ahead of time and communicated with the host the reason for the trip. Everything was also confirmed 3 days prior to stay. Got there and host stated there was no reservation for us. They told Vrbo there was no access to the property. Had to find place to stay for our group after 14 hours of travel. Not a pleasant position to be in and host didn't care to help out or do anything to correct the situation.'

'Cesar was a great host. He was very attentive when reaching out and helpful. The place was remodeled nicely and had all the admenities needed. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable and private with alot of closet and bathroom space. The backyard has a full kitchenette and grill built for parties. Nicely done. 'De woning (en tuin!) is ontzettend schoon en precies als op de foto's. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig (geen vaatwasser, gezellig even afwassen). Twee slaapkamers met uitstekende tweepersoonsbedden zorgen in de rustige nachten (geen lawaai) voor een goede nachtrust. Slaapkamers voorzien van TV (woonkamer niet). Heerlijke douche. Bij aankomst een uitgebreid welkomstpakket met witte (in de koelkast), rode wijn, zonnebrillen, zonnebrand etc. Zelfs strandhanddoeken zijn aanwezig. Airco doet...

'the host was very communicative & helpful from the jump! i had no issues getting in & leaving in & out but if you dont do your research on where this place is exactly you wouldnt know it is smack in the middle of the hood. if i was traveling alone as a woman i would be definitely a little nervous. also, the bed, sheets/ blankets & pillows that are provided were just okay, i was always sweating at night & the air didnt go lower then 68 so i had to just deal with it. the pillow seemed like those...
