'Nice accommodation at a very usefull location. Just across the highway you can already see the state capitol. Accommodations are modest but so is the price. Plenty of room to park your car and easy to walk downtown and have a drink if you wish to do so. Friendly staff. '

'We showed up late in the evening after a major storm and a huge power outage for Austin (35k customers without power). Cell coverage was spotty and access to the internet was almost non existent so we couldn't access our check in process. One short phone call later we had the owner of the property checking in on us numerous times that same night and again the next morning. 'Very impressive small nice place. Super close to downtown Austin. My two sons and I stayed 2 nights. Great for a family of 2 or 3. Next to other nice similar houses and a metal scrapyard. We weren’t sure at first but it was great. Would absolutely stay there again. '

'Not only was the view of downtown Austin from the roof of the building magnificent, but due to the unit being where it was we also had a great view from our balcony porch area. The lady that checked us in showed us upstairs, went over everything with us and even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. "I had a very disappointing stay at this Super 8. The room smelled strongly of mold and was very dark and damp, making it uncomfortable to spend any time in. The air felt heavy, and it seemed like there was little to no ventilation. The shower was another issue—the water had a strange, unpleasant smell and the water pressure was uncomfortably strong. It didn’t feel clean or refreshing at all. To top it off, the swimming pool didn’t seem well-maintained either. The water didn’t look clean and there was no shade… Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless some serious improvements are made"
