'All good'

'Housekeeping continues to be an issue. I stayed ten days and dust was visible. Trash wasn’t picked up completely, water wasn’t replenished, and sheets weren’t changed. Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested.'

'Everything was excellent. The staff at the downstairs restaurant were a bit interesting personalities. But everyone else was extremely classy and respectful. '

'A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! '

'Food at the bar was average. Staff was fantastic. The room never cooled off, but by the time we made it and it was too late to do anything about it. The common areas to enjoy were extremely nice, but I don’t know that I would go back to this location for the cost. The one in San Antonio I enjoyed much more.'

'The condo compex was very nice, and the staff was great. The valet service was excellent. The condo was spacious with a comfortable bed, and had almost everything we needed. It also was not right in the middle of downtown, so it was quiet. It was still well within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and the water walk was right behind the building. The easy access to the interstate was a plus as well. The management company of our particular unit was always available and responded...
