'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'

'The room was horrible, the bathroom stunk!! The elevator was scary went down to reception and there was water running through the elevator they said they were cleaning upstairs and the water runs through. Only one sheet on the bed. Did not have breakfast because it looked do dirty did not want to risk it. We slept and out out of there'

'We stayed at a lovely and spacious apartment operated by Maison 7. It is located very quiet community that is relatively close to the airport (only a 15-20 minute drive). We were particularly grateful for the arrangements made to pick us up at the airport and to return us for the next morning for our flight. We wish that we could’ve stayed there longer during our time in Egypt.'

'No routine housekeeping, all they are after is money and wouldn’t care about good service to offer to guests. For instance, i stayed in two different rooms for 5 nights which both had issues with water heaters in the toilets. I complained on the very day i checked in, could you believe that they kept lying to me every day that i should the next night and they would work on it but i slept for 5 nights without the heater being repaired.
