'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'The staff was very friendly, especially Maui who was always very personable. They were so friendly that I bought a Hopia Cake for them to share. A very beautiful hotel. Too bad the bridge that leads to Coconut Island is broken because I was really looking forward to going to it. The WSW Restaurant had great food. In fact, I believe I had one of the best steaks when I ordered the Sizzling Steak.'

'This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!'
