'Thos property was exceptional! Probably one of the best spots we noticed in our travels around Kona. The amenities are amazing, pool is immaculate and the staff was very friendly. We also had a great view of the ocean and all of the nightly manta ray snorkeling. We would stay here again if back in Kona!'

'The staff on check in and check out are very friendly and made it a breeze. The lobby area is very nice and several guests and families chose of it to be their nightly hangout area playing cards and board games. The rooms are quiet with comfortable beds. There is on site free parking behind the hotel that makes if convenient and easy to get to your vehicle. 'We moved here unexpectedly after our original hotel lost power, and it turned out to be a huge upgrade. The Courtyard was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. We could walk to everything: the beach, shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just steps away.
