'Rating: 0/10 – I do NOT recommend staying here. This is a room-only rental, and the owners live in the same home. There is very little privacy. We could hear them coughing and showering, and unfortunately could even smell bodily odors from the bathroom. They demanded a photo ID for every guest within 24 hours, threatening to cancel if not received. Children are not allowed. The neighborhood was private and quiet except for the construction of a house next door, which no one could have foreseen. It was close to shopping, grocery stores and recreational opportunities. '
